Immune-Boosting Fire Cider Recipe
Fire cider is a traditional herbal remedy known for its immune-boosting and anti-inflammatory properties. Making fire cider at home is a simple and cost-effective way to enhance your wellness routine.
- 2 sprigs Thyme (fresh)
- 2 sprigs Rosemary (fresh)
- 2 Jalapeno (diced)
- 1 large Onion (diced)
- 1/2 cup Ginger (coarsely chopped)
- 1 cup Horseradish (shredded or sliced)
- 10 Garlic Cloves (peeled, but can leave whole)
- 1 Lemon (sliced)
- 1 Lime (sliced)
- 1 Orange (sliced)
- 1 1/2 cups Cranberries
- 1/4 cup Fresh turmeric (or 1 TBSP ground)
- 1/4 cup Rosehips
- Raw Apple Cider Vinegar*
- Raw Honey**
*You will need enough Apple Cider Vinegar to cover all the ingredients in the jar so they don't spoil.
