Homemade Italian Seasoning Blend Better Than Store-Bought

This homemade Italian seasoning blend is quick, flavorful, and made with simple dried herbs. Perfect for pasta, pizza, marinades, and our Golden Italian Dressing and Homemade Pizza Sauce.
Small mixing bowl
Measuring spoons
Airtight container, spice jar, or small mason jar
mortar and pestle or food processor (for finer texture) optional
- 2 tablespoons dried basil
- 2 tablespoons dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Add all the dried herbs to a small bowl.
Mix thoroughly until evenly combined.
Crush slightly for a finer texture.
Transfer to an airtight container.
Store in an airtight container or small jar.
Keep in a cool, dark place (like a pantry or spice cabinet).
