Homemade Hamburger Seasoning (Easy & Flavorful Recipe)

This homemade hamburger seasoning is a simple blend of pantry spices that adds rich flavor to burgers and ground beef. It’s easy to make, customizable, and perfect for grilling or stovetop cooking.
- 4 tablespoons sea salt
- 2 tablespoons black pepper
- 2 tablespoons smoked paprika (or regular)
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 2 teaspoons ground mustard
- 2 teaspoons chili powder (optional)
- 2 tablespoons dry onion flakes
Mix It Up: Combine all ingredients in a bowl or jar. Stir or shake until fully blended.
Customize: If You Want: You can slightly crush the onion flakes for a finer blend or leave them whole for texture
Label & Store: Pour into an airtight container, label with the date, and stash in your spice cabinet or pantry.
How to Use the Burger Seasoning Blend
Homemade Burgers: Use 1 tablespoon per pound of ground meat (beef, chicken, or ground turkey. Mix into the meat before forming hamburger patties.
