This homemade hamburger seasoning is a simple blend of pantry spices that adds rich flavor to burgers and ground beef. It’s easy to make, customizable, and perfect for grilling or stovetop cooking.

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons smoked paprika (or regular)
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 2 teaspoons ground mustard
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons dry onion flakes

Instructions

  • Mix It Up: Combine all ingredients in a bowl or jar. Stir or shake until fully blended.
  • Customize: If You Want: You can slightly crush the onion flakes for a finer blend or leave them whole for texture
  • Label & Store: Pour into an airtight container, label with the date, and stash in your spice cabinet or pantry.
