Extraordinary Dill Pickle Dip: Quick and Easy

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup chopped dill pickles
  • 2 TBSP Epicure Lemon Dilly Dip Mix
  • 2 TBSP dill pickle juice

Instructions
 

  • Gather Your Ingredients: You'll need cream cheese, sour cream, dill pickles, and Epicure's Lemon Dilly Dip Mix.
  • Mix the Creamy Base: In a medium bowl, combine ½ cup of room temperature cream cheese,1/2 cup of mayonnaise, and 1/2 cup of sour cream or Greek yogurt.
  • Add the Pickle Power: Chop 2 (about 1/2 cup) of your favorite dill pickles and mix them into the creamy base. Want more crunchy bits and pickle flavor? Feel free to add a few more chopped pickles.
  • Season: Add 2 TBSP of Epicure's Lemon Dilly Dip Mix. Stir everything together until it's nicely blended. You can also sneak in 2 tablespoons of pickle juice for an extra burst of flavor.
  • Chill and Serve: Refrigerate the mixture for at least one hour. This helps all those tasty components get friendly with each other. Once it's cool and ready, serve it with chips or veggies or spread it on your favorite crackers. Note: This dip has so much flavor if served the next day.
