Epicure Sizzlin' Steak Tacos
The combination of Donair Seasoning and orange juice make the most amazingly tender & flavourful steak pieces. Stuff the meat into a warmed flour or corn tortilla, pile high with your favourite taco fillings, and top with salsa and sour cream.
- Steak such as flank or skirt
- Orange juice
- Olive oil
- Epicure’s Donair Meal Solution Seasoning Package
- Optional toppings such as lettuce shredded cheese, avocado, tomato, and onions.
Slice steak against the grain into strips and place into a bowl.
Add orange juice, 1 tbsp oil, and one package of Epicure's Donair Meal Solution seasoning. Toss to coat. Set aside to marinate.
Dice toppings.
Heat the remaining 1 tbsp oil in a cast iron pan or Sauté Pan. Add the steak in a single layer. If necessary, cook in batches. Cook until the steak is done to your liking.
Add the steak pieces and desired toppings to a tortilla and serve.
