Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/8 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk or milk kefir
  • 2 tablespoons Homemade Greek Seasoning Blend (recipe link below in notes)
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Add Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, buttermilk (or kefir), garlic, seasoning blend, and salt to a bowl.
  • Whisk until smooth.
  • Slowly stream in the olive oil while whisking to help emulsify.
  • Stir in red wine vinegar and mix until fully combined.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to develop.

If the dressing thickens too much after chilling, whisk in a tablespoon of water to loosen it.
