- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1/8 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup buttermilk or milk kefir
- 2 tablespoons Homemade Greek Seasoning Blend (recipe link below in notes)
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Add Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, buttermilk (or kefir), garlic, seasoning blend, and salt to a bowl.
Whisk until smooth.
Slowly stream in the olive oil while whisking to help emulsify.
Stir in red wine vinegar and mix until fully combined.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to develop.
If the dressing thickens too much after chilling, whisk in a tablespoon of water to loosen it.
