Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried marjoram
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 - 1 teaspoon of dried lemon zest powder
  • 1-1½ tablespoons freeze-dried sweet peppers (finely chopped) (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Measure all ingredients into a bowl.
  • Stir thoroughly until evenly combined.
  • Transfer to a clean jar. with a tight-fitting lid. Store in a cool, dry place.

If you prefer a finer texture, pulse it briefly in a spice grinder.
