- 1 whole chicken (4–5 lbs, giblets removed)
- 1 can of beer (12 oz)
- 3 TBSP olive oil or melted butter
- 1 TBSP brown sugar
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp cayenne optional
Beer Setup:
