Benefits of Using Epicure

Incorporating Epicure Caesar Salad Dressing Mix into the salad dressing preparation has many benefits; this innovative blend ensures a consistent flavor profile with every use, eliminating the guesswork or having to search for multiple different spices when making your salad dressing. The Epicure Dressing mix makes this the best Caesar salad dressing recipe! Moreover, the sodium-free options and all-natural ingredients provided by Epicure Mix cater to health-conscious individuals.

How to Make the Salad Dressing

I like to use a deep container or mason jar when making this dressing as it makes it much easier to use the immersion blender without making a big mess. In a container or a mason jar, combine 1 cup of mayonnaise or Greek yogurt; 2 minced garlic cloves (or 1 tsp of Epicure Minced Garlic); 1 tsp anchovy paste; 2 TBSP lemon juice; 1 tsp Dijon mustard; 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce; ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese; ¼ tsp salt; ¼ tsp pepper; and 2 TBSP Epicure Caesar Salad Dressing Mix. Blend with an immersion blender until all ingredients are fully incorporated. Allowing the dressing sit for a few hours in the fridge will develop the flavors even further.

Tips for Serving Caesar Salad Dressing

Once the ingredients in the Caesar salad dressing have had a chance to meld into a delicious homemade dressing, drizzle the dressing over chopped (cleaned) romaine lettuce. Toss to ensure each piece of lettuce is evenly coated. Sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and top with homemade croutons for an added burst of flavor and texture.

Tips for Storing the Salad Dressing

Store leftover dressing in an airtight container in the refrigerator. I like to use a mason jar with this pourable lid. Homemade Caesar dressing can typically last up to 5 days when refrigerated at the proper temperature. Before using leftover dressing, give it a good stir or shake to incorporate the ingredients and ensure a fresh taste.
